DIY Galaxy Lollipops, Corinne VS Cooking

*Galactic Music* Corinne: Woah, dude! This sh*t is crazy! What up, Internet? Corinne here, and you're watching Corinne vs The Galaxy! Yes! Today, I'm trying a project that's been suggested a gazillion times. The galaxy lollipops. "Stuttering Noise" Hold on. Let me fix this real quick.

*Banging Noise* Phew! That should do it! Are you ready for blastoff? Let's get started, shall we? *Engine Noise* *Cartoonish Sound Effects with Darth Vader's Breathing* This video posted by 10 Minute Crafts, makes it look pretty easy. So, I'm gonna follow their instructions and dive right in. The first thing we have to do, is crush some Jolly Ranchers. F*** yes! This is a major stress reliever right here! *Clanging Noise* Actually, this is pretty damn hard.

Some of these little suckers do not want to break. Oh, yes. A mallet. *Laughs* This definitely works a lot better.

This process alone took me more than thirty minutes. So you're a f***ing lie, 10 Minute Crafts. A lie! Also, what the f*** are these things? This is not Jolly Rancher. And it seems pretty important for the final outcome because of the white.

No mention of this candy anywhere. What is this candy? Ugh, now I'm gonna have to go to the store, and find some stuff that will work. Yes! Candy melts! That's the ticket! Okay. Now we just separate our candies, into little sections on this lollipop mold thing.

But, *laughs*, they're all stuck together now. Yeah, I just have to chisel it out here, I guess. Alright, now separating the candies into the lollipop mold thingy. And then adding some of the white candy melt pieces.

Wait, does this go in the microwave or the oven? Rob said to try the microwave. Don't know why I'm listening to him, but we're gonna do it. Yeah, this doesn't really fit in here. The little spinny plate can't really spin.

And only half of them are heating up. So, that's a no. Great, now we know. That's why this show exists.

Isn't it awesome? Okay. Let's try the oven, then. Wait, maybe this is good? Maybe if I mix things around a little bit? Sure, okay. Yeah, I don't know.

The candy melts seem a little curdlely? I guess that can represent some star clusters? Yes. We have to let those cool and prepare our sugar mixture. Just add in sugar, water and corn syrup. So now you're supposed to cook that until it reaches 300 degrees.

To be honest, this takes a while. Once you reached burning stage, you're getting pretty close. Actually, I don't know. This kinda looks pretty yellow.

But little things like that wouldn't stop God. Right? God? Are you out there? Can anyone hear me? Yeah, now you have to pour your melted sugar solution, into a measuring cup. And then pour that, into one side of a cake pop mold. Now we're supposed to sprinkle some edible glitter, on top of there.

To create some cosmic star dust. Yeah, that's that star stuff. Maybe I'm God. *MWAHAHAHAH* The power's in my hands! Then you're supposed to place your colored piece, good side down.

Into the melty sugar substance. Now if you're smart, you'll already know that this sh*t is really hot. And it's probably best that you don't try to touch it with your bare human flesh. F*cking dumb-dumb! This sh*t burnt my finger and it hurts like a mofo! F***! *Sigh* Okay, now we have to let this cool.

Great. I guess they look okay? You know what, I still have faith. You just have to melt some grape Jolly Ranchers, in the cake pop mold, which is easy enough. And then add a lollipop stick to each one, like this.

And place the other piece on top! This is a little bit of a messy process, so be patient. Um, okay. I think these are gonna work. But this, this is when the real magic is supposed to happen.

Got my blow dryer and here we go. The big reveal. Yeah, this is definitely not what I was expecting. I mean, I guess if you want to keep things positive, it kind of looks like Mars? Which is in a galaxy, I guess? *SIGH* Okay, um, we obviously need to try this again.

And I'm thinking we need this candy. Right here. Actually, you know what? It kinda looks like one of those candy sticks that the Cracker Barrel sells. Okay, Cracker Barrel, here we come.

Ooh, I wanna play checkers. You go first. Random person: Oh. They're here.

Fine, I'm gonna leave now. Bye. Ooh. *Laughs* Look, here's me.

Triggered. Mhhhh. Rob: Oh, Jesus. Corinne: It's the peacock section.

Do you need anything from the peacock section?
Rob: *laughs* There's no black and white ones but I think these should work. Sour green apple. That's a big bag. That's heavy.

Can you get this for me? All righty. Here we go again. Luckily, I also got some of these peppermint because these ones are mostly white. And the sour apple ones are mostly green and that is not what we were going for.

Why you gotta let me down, sour apple? I thought we were friends. The only problem I foresee is that the lollipop is gonna taste like peppermint now. But honestly, that doesn't really matter to me because I don't plan on letting anyone eat any of these. Yeah, okay, here we go.

I'm just randomly adding all the different colors to my lollipop mold. And you know what? I'm feeling really good about this round. Into the oven, we go. These are already looking better.

Not all curdlely and what not. Let me get them a little mixing. I think we got something here, kids. Now time to retry the sugar-water-corn syrup situation again.

And I think this is also looking a lot better. Meanwhile..Yeah, um, my measuring cup is currently occupied. So I'm just gonna use this other little vessel here. And yeah, sure.

Now we pour this into our cake pop mold again and let it cool for a bit. Now I'm just adding my cosmic star dust and my galaxy disks. And now we wait. For like six days or something.

Let it marinate. Now that shit didn't take billions of years. It only took six days and only rest on the seventh. Yes.

Alright, we're just gonna pop these suckers right out of there, and I'm thinking it's looking pretty good. Not as yellow as the other ones, so that's a good sign. Now we melt the grape again. Hehe.

Add our lollipop sticks which I was much more organised about this time. And then just stick our other half in there. I think my grape was a little too hot. When I did it this time, because things started spreading out a little more than they did previously.

Also, this made it a lot more clear without the need of the blow dryer. So I'm gonna go ahead and say this was intentional. They look pretty dang cool. I actually did hit them up with the blow dryer a little bit and this just brought them to a whole other level.

It's honestly quite the process, though, so you want to be a little careful. Those people, they can shove their ten minutes right up their ass. Right down their black hole. No? Too far? Okay.

To keep it 100 with you, I would probably rethink some of the color combos if I were ever to do this again, But since I'm planning to never, ever do this again, I think they look f***ing great. Really like this one, but this one is my favorite. I mean, all of them are pretty cool and kind of out of this world. From this moment on, you can now refer to me as the Galaxy Queen.

I'll also respond to Guardian Of The Galaxies. Yes, here I am, your new galaxy queen! As the official galaxy queen, I control all existence, and am the knower of all things. For instance, here, in this galaxy, there's a planet called Catdor. Home to the giant fire-breathing cat dragons.

There's not many a space traveler who had found their way here and lived to tell the tale. Except for Pete, Pete's a crazy motherf***er. And see this galaxy? This galaxy here actually contains the planet Earth. And you know Earth can be pretty cool? But, there's some f*cked up sh*t going on there right now.

Actually, you know what? We're just gonna burn this sh*t to the ground and start all over again. Well, uh, I guess that's it for this video. Um, doesn't really matter if you subscribe or like it up and I probably won't see you next time. Computer, set a course for deep space nine.

And computer, turn up the space jams. *Lit af techno music*.

DIY Dry Ice Honey Lollipops

What's up everybody. Welcome back to my laboratory where safety is number one priority. And today I am going to show you Dry Ice Honey Popsicles Let's check this out. It's gonna be like a DIY / Science Experiment.

First of all, we need to make a dent inside of the Dry Ice. So I'm just gonna scrape it like this. I think this is big enough dent. I'm gonna make one more dent here.

Now we're gonna get honey and pour inside each one of this. Oh! That looks  so good. Whoah! I love honey. A lot of you probably already know that I'm a beekeeper as well.

Cannot wait to get my own honey. And then I am just going to stick this plastic straw in here. This small kind. Whoah! Look at it.

It's already freezed. So, I'm just going to flip it over. And this one. And to help it out, I'm just gonna put another block of Dry Ice.

Right on top of it. And that way, it cools it up so quickly. Whoah! Let's see, it was only few seconds. It's still kinda molding a little bit, so maybe a  little bit longer.

Still sticky. I wan't it complete ice. Ok. Let's leave it like this for few minutes.

Ok, let's take it off. Let's see if they froze. Whoah! Almost froze all the way. Maybe a  little bit longer.

A little bit little bit sticky. Actually, feel it. That's ice, that's solid ice. This is so cool.

Lets do some more, this is so much fun. And you know what? It doesn't take  more than two minutes. This is amazing. So just gonna drop.

And I'm doing the big ones. If you do the smaller one, I bet they will freeze much faster. Boom! Once again, going to stick two popsicle straws, popsicle straws, and put it over like that. Ok.

Time to do a taste test. Whoah! This is like a honey popsicle. This is so cold. Hmm I love it.

This is insane. You see this is so cold I can't even bite it. Hmm. Once it cools off a little bit, now I can bite into it and it tastes so good.

Wow! It actually melts pretty quickly. So when you make it, you probably wanna put it in a refrigerator or eat it almost right away. I don't even know if it stays frozen in a refrigerator. Maybe a freezer.

Hmm. Look at that. Honey popsicles and honey is really healthy for you. Just don't eat too much away.

With the popsicle form, honey tastes so much better. Wow. Whoa! Look at these ones. These ones are so nice because I didn't move them around.

So beautiful! Here we go. Honey popsicles. Really simple to do and taste amazing. Listen to that.

This is rock solid. Let's do another one. Take a straw into it. Look, it freezes almost right away.

So beautiful. So when you put another block on it, it cools off so quickly. And this candy, you can just keep it on top of the dry ice To keep them cold, so they don't melt. Ok.

Once again, let's open it up. And boom! Wow! Look at that. So awesome. Let's try to break one.

Whoah! It just breaks in pieces. Look at that. Pieces of honey. Well guys, let me know what do you think in the comments below.

Hmm. Also, give this video a thumbs up if you would try this experiment. Hmm. So awesome.

Well guys, see you next time..

DIY DISNEY FROZEN Lollipops! How to make Homemade Lollipops EASY.

Hi everybody i'm here today with my
friend Stella and Stella and I are going to show you how to make disney frozen
lollipops.  They are super cool.  I'm going to show you a really cool trick to make
them. Awesome for goodie bags and birthday parties or just treats to give
out to your friends.

I'm going to show you everything that you need to do it. Stella's
going to help me and we're going to get going. Items you will need to make your disney
frozen lollipops are  - 1 cup of sugar - a half a cup of light corn syrup -
one-fourth cup of water - one-and-a-half teaspoons of an extract
flavoring of your choice - food coloring  - a candy thermometer and
- some cooking spray, - lollipop molds and  - some sticks.  I got
these cute little icing decorations and then some little
wrappers and twist ties if you want to cover them up.

The first thing that we need to make our
lollipops are these hard candy molds and i got these at michaels - really cool
they've got the space for the sucker lollipop stick and what you want to do
is spray them with a cooking oil and just give them a light coating so
they're easy to get out. The next step that we're going to do is put our lollipop sticks in. These are by wilton i got these at michaels
again and Stella is going to do that for me so how about I hand them to use
Stella and you can put them in. The first ingredient that we're going to
add to our saucepan is one cup of white granulated sugar..

Then we're going to dump that into a
saucepan. Perfect. Our second ingredient is half a
cup of corn syrup and Stella is going to pour half a cup for me. Yeah.

Perfect. Then we're going to dump that into our
sauce pan. Then we're going to add one fourth
cup of water. Now Stella is just going to give it a
stir.

Now we're going to put our saucepan with
our water sugar and corn syrup on the stove on medium heat and we're going to
stir it until it comes to a boil. Then we're going to put in our candy
thermometer.  So i'm going to show you guys what that's going to look like. And you can see it starts to become
clear so you know that your sugar is dissolving and once that happens you can
stop stirring and let it come to a boil.

So now that it's starting to boil I'm going to put my candy thermometer in
and you can just let it stand right there and we're going to watch it until
it hits 295 degrees Fahrenheit. Ok so it's hit 295 and we're going to
let it sit and then our last two ingredients are our flavoring and our food
coloring. So I have some peppermint oil and this is quite strong so we're just
going to do a half a teaspoon and Stella's going to pour it in.  Nice.

And Stella's
going to do the food coloring so we're just going to start adding
drops until we get the color that we like we've got this little candy scooper here
first thing we're going to do is fill up a little bit of our molds, make sure that
we get it on the stick there these look nice what do you think and i got these cute little icing
decorations, they're by Wilton and they are going to be our decorative centerpiece
for the lollipop Stella wants this guy right here. We'll put him on top. Put a
snowflake here so should we do all up again on the last
one yeah In the books he doesn't have hair. Oh really ! Does he have hai in the
movie?  Yeah ok give them a little push down okay so there we go and i got these
super cute lollipop wrapping kits Stella will take one out for us if i hold the bag open do you want to pop
it in for me you can put it in face down,  sweet and then Stella do you want to give me a twist tie thank you yeah so there you go disney frozen peppermint
lollipops..

Thank you so much Stella for your help I really appreciate it you did such an
awesome job stay tuned for some batman superhero
lollipops! Yeah.

DIY Chupa Chups lollipop bouquet for Children's Day (ENG Subtitles) - Speed up #244

Hi. Today I will show you
how to make bouquet made from lollipops. We need: ...Lollipops... ...Wooden skewer...

...Scissors... ...Crepe paper... ...Organza... ...Ribbons...

...Styrofoam ball... ...Wooden stick... ...Paper knife... ...And glue gun.

First, cut styrofoam ball in half. Make a hole in it. Lollipops have too long sticks, so cut them in half. Now, put lollipops in styrofoam.

Start from bottom.
Lollipops should be close to each other. Cover entire space. Cut several strips from organza. Put these strips in styrofoam ball (between lollipops) by using wooden skewer.

Cover all empty spaces. Cut 2 pieces of ribbon. Put it in styrofoam. Do it several more times.

Apply glue to hole and put wooden stick inside. Cut rectangle from crepe paper. Stretch it a little. Crease an edge.

Wrap bouquet. Secure the crepe paper by using glue. Cut smaller rectangle from crepe paper. Stretch it.

Crease an edge. Wrap bouquet. Do it a little lower than before. Secure it by using glue.

Cut a strip from crepe paper. Wrap handle of bouquet. Finally, make a bow by using ribbon. And it's done.

This bouquet is a cool gift for child. It will be perfect for birthday, name day and other occasions. You can use tissue paper instead of organza. Also, you can decorate it by using tissue paper flowers.

Please give a like to this video

CHEESECAKE LOLLIPOPS

- Hey everyone, it's Barry here. Welcome to My Virgin Kitchen. I hope you are well, you, that's right. Today we are making something
called Cheesecake Lollipops.

I saw this online the other day. I can't remember where it was from, but it wasn't actually a recipe. It was a shop that actually
makes these things. Essentially a cheesecake, cut a wedge out, shove a stick in it and you
drench it in chocolate, mmm.

And then cut it, no you don't cut it. You top it with anything you like. That's the international
sign of topping stuff. So I really hope you give this a go.

If you're doing it from
scratch, it does take a while because you need to make the
cheesecake and let it set. I made one overnight before,
so we're kind of going to show you the whole steps in one video. If you're not on the website already, the full method is at the website below, ingredients, method and my epic write-up. It's awesome.

Let's do it. First thing we're going to
need is a large mixing bowl. It's all going to come
together in this eventually. First thing we're going to
need is a bag of biscuits, digestive biscuits.

By slamming it in the air like that, it's already broke them, it's good. Ziplock bag, bash, bash,
bash, bash, bash, bash. I sometimes find it quite easy
to roll it like that as well, because you might miss
like some big chunks and this really does flatten it. There we go, nice crumbs.

Mixing bowl. In go the crumbs. I did a no-bake cheesecake the other day, and you don't have to use digestives, you can really mix it up. I used ginger biscuits on that one.

Pour in the melted butter, yeah. And work quite quickly,
because you don't want it to soak into some of the
biscuits, you want to spread it around, get
it all nice and coated. So this combination of butter
and biscuits like this, is nice and coated now. You can either put it in the
oven for about 10 minutes or so to firm it up, or you can
stick it in the fridge.

We are going to go for the latter. But they are nice and
evenly coated now, mmm. Want some? This is a lined,
spring-form tin, chi-ching. I've actually used this already last night because, as I said,
made another cheesecake, so if it looks a little
bit like, "Oh, there's a "second-hand bit of baking
parchment right there," it's just lightly greased on there.

We're going to get our crumbs
and push it straight in, right now, like this, oh yeah. Like how it sort of leap
out of the bowl, whee. When making a cheesecake
for me like this as well, all we're doing is pressing it around. You can do this with a spatula.

Make sure it's relatively even. You can build a crust up
the sides if you wish, but we are not doing that today. What I find is that you think
right now, looks so delicate, and like just crumbly,
that it won't actually set. But trust me, it will do.

The butter will firm it
and hold it and grip it, emotionally, mentally, and physically. It's getting quite deep then, sorry. So for the time being,
this can go in the fridge. In fact, not even putting
in the fridge is essential.

You could just leave it along
the side because the actual middle bit that we're going
to do now would just hold it and support it anyway and it
would firm up as you bake it. But, we'll put it in the fridge anyway. In this jug right here
is some double cream. Rather than using a mixing bowl, we're just going to do it in the jug.

So I had to measure out how much I needed. And chi-ching, we need
the juice of half a lemon, so we'll get rid of this for a minute. Acid in the lemon actually
does help to thicken up the cheesecake, so we're just going to squeeze all the juice out of that. You can get a lemon squeezer but I kind of like getting my hands on it.

It's nice, makes your hands smell good. "Oh my gosh, Barry, what's that
aftershave you're wearing?" "Oh, it's citrus for
men, it's really good." Right, so there's only one pit to catch but that's why I had the hand there. One egg, two egg, three egg. And now we drink it, Rocky-style.

That's a joke. Not a very funny one, I'll give you that, but hey, we're just going
to whisk this together. Wa-wa-wa-wa-wah. Don't want you to over-whisk it too much.

Just make sure that
the egg is broken down, the egg whites and yolks have
merged in with the cream, the lemon juice has
done its thing, oh yeah. And that is fine, that's all we need. And we'll come back to
that one in just a jiffy. We interrupt this recipe
video for pug watch.

Amy is sleeping, Boston is sleeping. Okay folks, this is a vanilla pod, and if you haven't got one of these, they are a little bit more expensive, you can just get some vanilla extract. What I'm doing is running
my knife down the middle. I'm going to open it up just a teeny bit.

This is like awesome vanilla
flavour, straight from the pod. And then all you do is push
the knife along it like that, cha-ching, and we've got a
load of awesome vanilla seeds. And a few strands that we don't need. There you go.

Just a little interlude,
my comment about Doctor Who on the last video, the halloumi burger, which some of you were
like, "That's not a burger, "that's a cheese sandwich." I mean, we haven't heard
that one before, have we? The comment about Doctor Who
being a lady, I don't mind, because I've never seen it, I don't care. I think it's great, and
also, just like my tweet, it was banter. They should do Doctor Pug, yeah. Pugs have just come to
join us for a minute, not sure how long.

Oh, you're getting comfy, huh? Nice. Into this mixing bowl goes 500 grammes of full-fat cream cheese. Make sure you get the full-fat stuff. The low-fat one just
doesn't, ugh, doesn't do it.

Changes the consistency as well. Another dollop, plop, straight in there. And another little dollop, why not? Push the vanilla seeds on top, yrrrs. And we'll just get a spatula
and then we really just need to beat that through, soften
the mixture up a little bit.

But you can the vanilla
pods, the vanilla seeds, are spreading around it, okay. Little teeny-weeny black dots
all merging and separating and exploring the cream
cheese independently. Very nice. So in goes some plain flour,
you don't need to sieve it in but this just helps to make
it a teeny bit more stable.

Also, you don't want to put too much in, otherwise it will make it a little grainy. So we'll get that in. And then this is a bowl
of sugar, castor sugar. In that goes, sweeten it up.

Just mix that through, too. It's going to feel a
little dry but that's fine, because we've still got
our creamy eggy mixture come and join this party. Don't have to use castor sugar, you could use icing sugar
as well if you wish. That's pretty cool.

I just wanted to try and
avoid that powder explosion that happens, you know. So let's pour in, let's say
half of that eggy mixture at first and we'll stir it through. It'll take a little while
for this to sort of merge and combine with it. So go with it until you get
a nice consistent colour, and then we'll add the other half in.

That will do, and then
in goes the other half. Let me just stir that around again. There we go, all mixed through,
and in that time (laughs) you can just see, Boston's
had his own little tour of the kitchen. But I'm happy with that
colour, we can pour that straight onto our base now.

Here we go then, there's the mixture, and it's going straight onto
our base like that, oh my gosh. Be sure to get a spatula
and push in every little bit that you can. Now you can just kind of like tap it and it will level itself out. Give it a little shake
like that, de-de-de.

Make sure that that is fastened, otherwise, pfthwtt, go everywhere. You would probably have
found that out by now. But it should just sort
of level and set itself, be a nice smooth finish, cha-ching. There's good news and bad news right now.

The next step is, you
bake this in the oven for a good hour on a
super-low temperature. On the screen right now, look at that. And what you'll do is,
it won't go golden brown. If you push it another ten
minutes, it will start to, if you want that nice finish on it.

And then you leave it to cool
and stick it in the fridge for at least four hours. Luckily, I already did that last night. And here's my evidence. I did not eat the rest,
I've sliced some of it up, in the fridge now to
keep it nice and firm, but this, this has been out
for about maybe two hours now, and it's still nice and solid.

Because I wanted a nice, firm cheesecake so it grips for the lollies. Now, I'll just go into my fridge, oh yeah. And from the fridge, these
are indeed the wedges that I took out of it. They're nice and firm, they're chilled, so hopefully, when we melt our chocolate, which is going to be our next
step, it will cling to it, and melt it almost immediately.

So let's jump to that. Okay, small saucepan with
water about half the way up, so make sure it doesn't
touch the bottom of the bowl. And we're just warming that up. In this clean, dry bowl, we're
going to put our chocolate.

Like so. I'm actually going to put a lot in. It's actually so warm in this room, this chocolate is kind of melting anyway. All right, so I'm putting about
600 grammes of chocolate in, and also a tablespoon
of coconut oil, wrrgh.

That'll just help to
keep it a teeny bit thin. So that's just going to melt up. And we're actually going to
skewer the cheesecake slices with this, that's going
to be the trickiest part. I'm going to push that through the crust, and it could actually break it.

But if I can at least get it in, the melted chocolate will grip it. So, we'll see what happens, eh? If not, I can always find
out where this shop is, that does this and I can
just tell you to go there. (Sings) Okay, folks, this is looking gorgeous. It's going to be very, very hot, so we're turning it off
the heat immediately and I'm just going to let it cool down.

We do not want to put
red hot, melted chocolate onto the cheesecake pieces. As long as it's sort of room temperature, plus the cheesecake pieces being cool, it will hopefully grip to it. Between you and I, I'm kind of hoping this is going to work right now. It might now, but we'll
still put the video up.

Cheesecake slice right here, here we go. It's working. I don't know where it's going,
but it's going in there. Oh my God, I'm right
near the end of it now.

I don't want to go too
out the point, you know. Yeah, I'm going to leave it there. But look, cheesecake on a stick. Amazing.

It's a good old size as well,
because I've seen recipes where you have like a cube. Like, who wants a cube, you
want a slab of cheesecake on your lolly, right? I'm not going to move it too
much because it could split. We'll get it coated in chocolate,
that should add strength once it sets. Yeah, that works a charm,
I'm just doing a few more.

All right, here we go,
cheesecake lolly down. I'd be happy with that
as it is, to be fair. And then we pour, oh my gosh... Chocolate up and down it.

(Laughs) Great. We go over the sides,
with a little bit there. Oh yeah. Lift it up a little bit,
shakey, shakey, shakey.

That is awesome. I've just got a little bit
of melted white chocolate, so I just drizzle it on there, wow. This has turned out way
better than I thought. Some nuts, oh yes.

(Laughs) That's amazing, and not forgetting there is actually cheesecake
underneath this thing. Ahh, I think that'd be my first one. I'm going to stick this
in the fridge right now to firm it up. That is a beautiful sight.

Oh, my God (chuckles). Might put some sprinkles
on this one (laughs). Yeah. Maybe some bashed honeycomb on this one.

Ahh, wow. But I do like the white chocolate on it. I think that really does add
to it, so I'm just going to drizzle some more on there. I've put the other one
immediately in the fridge, if I didn't say that already.

Kind of in the zone now,
forgot what I've said. Well, I think they look blooming awesome. I'm going to take these,
put them in the fridge, let them set, and then we'll try one. Folks, I do hope you agree that
these look blooming awesome.

Look, piece of cheesecake on a stick. Nom-nom-nom-nom-nom-nom. Right, it's time to have a
taste, I can't believe it worked. If you're interested in
quirky recipes like this, my new cookbook, which is
available for pre-order on Amazon all over the world,
has got loads of things quite similar to this that
you'll never see in a video.

Here we go. Oh, my God. Look (laughs). You naughty thing.

I'm so sorry folks, I saw
that and I had to make it. But if you've got any recipe

Caramelized sugar cockerel on a stick - DIY How to make LollipopsEnglish subtitles

Hello!
My name is Elena Bazhenova. I am glad to welcome you at my kitchen! Remembering my childhood, I want to make a favorite delicacy of all the children of the USSR.  These are lollipops. They were also called "Petushok" (Cockerel).

Then we didn`t have chupa-chups there, and our grandmothers and mothers were preparing such sweets. It was fantastic! The recipe is very simple and I will share it with you. We will need: 6-9 tbsps water, 9 tbsps sugar, 1 tbsp wine or apple cider vinegar or lemon juice or 1 pinch citric acid, a little vegetable oil and wooden sticks. Sharp tips are better breaking off.

And a mold for sugar candies. I inherited it. Price was 3 rubles. It consists of two halves.

I will make solid caramelized sugar fish, squirrel and bear. Unfortunately, there are no cockerels. Apply thick coat of a vegetable oil to the candy mold. It is better to do it with a finger.

Make this to avoid these candies sticking to the mold. Coat two halves. Connect the two halves together. Fix it with staples.

Set aside. Let`s cook! Pour the sugar into the pan. Water. Add the lemon juice.

Turn on the medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. The syrup is boiled. Reduce the heating to a minimum.

Keep nudging gently until all the sugar is liquid and has acquired a nice caramel color. Check the readiness of caramel. Take the caramel with a spoon. A droplet stretches.

Drip into a cold water. Check. If it is not soft, then caramel is ready. It rings like a bead.

We can make the lollipops. I cooked golden brown caramel. To get a darker color, you can boil more. Caramel is ready.

Take the mold. Pour the caramel into the molds. At once, while caramel is hot, stick in the lollipop sticks. Let them cool completely before you pop them out and enjoy.

Check the lollipops. The stick does not move. Open the mold. The mold is still warm.

Take out. I already made a few lollipops. If you do not have a special candy mold, then you can use a small silicone mold for hot temperature. You will get a small and nice candies.

I cooked marine lollipops. Instead of water, you can use juices, milk. You can add cocoa powder, cinnamon, nutmeg. This is your play caramel and you can try out different things with it.

Such candies are wrapped in food film and stored at room temperature. Cook with pleasure and enjoy! TASTY DIALOGUE WITH ELENA BAZHENOVA..

Candy Facts! - All About Chocolate, Lollipops, & More!Nikkis WikiWiki for Kids at Cool School

Hey guys. It's me, Nikki! And it's time for a brand-new wiki! Today, my report is all about one of my FAVORITE things... CANDY! Mmmm... You know, those delicious, sugary treats, that some people say isn't so good for you.

BUT then those people usually have a closet of candy hidden somewhere no one knows about. Because... EVERYONE loves candy! Did you know who invented candy? C'mon, I'll show you! NIKKI: First off, the Cavemen Era. Yup! Cavemen liked their treats too! You know, me tired of hunting all these meats and veggies.

Yeah, me too. Me just want something sweet. Hey, what's that smell coming out of beehive? Me take this stuff over steak any day! Just don't tell mom. You know how she gets when we don't eat our meat! Me mouth won't even open when me finished here...

[Laughing] So the cavemen were the FIRST to discover sweet treats. But the candy quest didn't stop there! Next up... Egypt! NIKKI: The Egyptians were a creative bunch! They were the first to think of combining sweet honey, with sweet fruits, and crunchy nuts! What a delicious treat! Wait til Pharaoh gets a load of these! I am SOOO getting a promotion! Did you know that nobody ever tasted chocolate until 900 AD?? When the Mayans finally discovered it in Mexico? NIKKI: That's right! They realized that cocoa beans could be turned into a yummy liquid-y treat! So they invented... Hot chocolate! Soon, everybody was drinking it.

Remind me to thank those Mayans! So anyway, for the next 1000 years, people everywhere were sipping chocolate! But then, this guy in England FINALLY figured out how to turn it into solid food Now we have ALL kinds of yummy chocolate varieties. Like M&Ms, kisses, and Snickers, and Milk Duds, and Twix, Cadbury, and... Mmmmilky Way... Loaded with gooey caramel! My favorite! Now, let's take a look at some of the best candies ever! Like lollipops! Lollipop candies used to be made out of dried honey attached to wooden sticks.

Then, they figured out how to make hard candy by melting down sugar! So they didn't have to use honey anymore! Did you know that an American Candy maker named George Smith actually named the lollipop candy after his racehorse, Lollypop? I wonder if Lolly licked lollipops! Now for my absolute favorite: COTTON CANDY! Cotton Candy was invented by a couple of candy makers from Nashville. They called it Fairy Floss, and it totally sold out the first time they sold it the World Fair in St. Louis. So, to sum up my report: Candy has been around in some shape or form for thousands of years.

And there are TONS of different kinds because everyone loves candy! Except MAYBE your mom and your dentist. That's right Nikki! Cavities aren't fun, so make sure you brush! Okay, it's a deal! Unlimited chocolate... If you brush your teeth. So, what's YOUR favorite candy? Be sure to tell me in the comments below! And don't forget to subscribe for more exciting wikis with me, Nikki! Bye!.

Andrew Zimmern Cooks Chicken Lollipop Technique

So I promise to show you a little trick that
you can do with your wings and with your legs. Do you know some people love
those sort of like lollipop chicken wings? If you want to make them, that's how you do it. Use the tip of your knife to scrape down. There's the end of that bone, all of the
meat is just dangling there, like a little lollipop.

Some people like to roast
the pieces of chicken like that, just cause it looks so beautiful. And it's great to do it with the chicken legs. Same deal, you just pull all that
meat down, you just take your knife. You can't do this with a supermarket chicken, you need to get a piece of paper toweling to
hold on to the bone because it'd be so slippery.

But I've now peeled away that meat from the bone, so when it cooks
it'll have a very dramatic effect. If I kept going, I could literally, like a sock, push this meat up, and that's how people do the stuffed chicken legs with the little bone handles. Super easy..

(Lollipop) - Bearhug feat.OGME[Official MV]

Hey, I think Sakura is very beautiful for me. But why am I not happy and enjoy today? I love it when you smile, (How to make her smile?)
When you smile at me. Secretly look in your heart that's gloomy. Whenever I look at your smile, it seems like someone opens the light.

You make my heart become bright again. But why today, Your smile seems to be.. Different. (You have to put yourself in other people's shoes)
Like a dull, 'cause you don't have a smile, sadly.

It seems like someone shuts the light, Are you disappointed.. Am I right? Smile, smile baby. Just try to look around yourself. Good love hasn't gone, Forget those all nightmares.

Just let it go. I am still waiting, Don't waste your time and smile for me. And make me smile. It's okay, Everything's gonna be alright.

Baby. Feeling bad? (Secretly admire her)
Stop thinking a bit, not too late. My life is too emotional, But the last must not be destroyed. I understand, Everything's gonna be okay.

Baby. You still have a smile from me, alright. (Beloved in living matters)
You still have a smile from me, alright. I will make you smile again, And let the world walk again.

Smile, smile baby. Just try to look around yourself. Good love hasn't gone, Forget all those nightmares. Just let it go.

I am still waiting, Don't waste your time and smile for me. And make me smile. One, two ah. Gonna smile or not? I'd perfer to smile, (Taking a picture, smiling is necessary.)
Smile with your little happy life.

It might be difficult to live in this world. It is normal, just let it flow away. I don't know when I am going to die, Maybe consider it again? Smile a bit, my boo. Let me give you an example, and you will love it, I assure you.

Smile, smile baby. Just try to look around yourself. Good love hasn't gone, Forget all those nightmares. Just let it go.

I am still waiting, Don't waste your time and smile for me. Smile, smile baby. Just try to look around yourself. Good love hasn't gone, Forget all those nightmares.

Just let it go. I am still waiting, Don't waste your time and smile for me. And make me smile. (English Subtitled: Catto Translation)
Smile, Smile baby.

(English Subtitled: Catto Translation)
Just try to look around yourself. Good love hasn't gone, Forget all those nightmares. Just let it go. I am still waiting, Don't waste your time and smile for me.

And make me smile..
